Job Summary
Job Title: BDC Internet Sales/Representative
Summary:
Due to our rapid growth John Hinderer Honda is seeking a BDC/Internet Sales Representatives. They will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g. internet leads showroom visits and incoming calls).
Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone email or in person)
- Manage Internet sales leads respond to inquiries in a timely fashion and answer questions on available stock and product performance
- Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Keep website up to date with vehicle specifications and availability
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives
- Willingness to learn
- High energy level and strong work ethic
- Desire to grow through continued training and development
- Determination to succeed
- Visolutions CRM experience a plus
- Sales experience is a plus NOT required
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Must be Internet savvy have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation mandatory.
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual is a plus!
