Description
The Research Assistant will support clinical research activities by performing venipuncture and related specimen collection as well as assisting with data entry and participant coordination as needed. This role is part-time (approximately 12 hours per week) and requires flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws safely and in accordance with established protocols.
- Label process and store specimens appropriately.
- Assist with participant scheduling check-in and basic study procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential research records.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Training and competency in venipuncture required.
- Prior experience in research or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
