Job Summary
We are looking for an amazing Orthodontic Financial Coordinator to join our practice!
A minimum of 2 years as a orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing insurance PPO/HMO plans along Denti-cal. The high-priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.

Ortho Coordinator Job Duties:
- Treatment planning.
- Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
- Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
- Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
- Knowledge of Dentical PPO and HMO Billing
Desired Profile/Background:
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the orthodontics field.
- Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- An upbeat personality is a MUST.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean neat professional appearance.
- Bi-lingual Spanish desired.
Job Type:
- Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sun 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
- Hourly Monthly Bonuses Benefits
- Pay $23-$28 (Negotiable DOE)
