Job Summary: Tinklenberg Lumber & Hardware is seeking a detail-oriented full charge bookkeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily accounting and office functions to ensure bills statements and records are accurate and timely. The ideal candidate is organized dependable and comfortable managing financial details in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and enter vendor invoices; ensure bills are paid on time
Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements on the 1st of each month
Enter and process customer orders as needed
Organize and code expenses accurately
Monitor and pay taxes on schedule
Collect and disperse credits in a timely manner
Assist with general office support and recordkeeping
Qualifications:
Prior experience in bookkeeping accounting or office administration preferred
Proficiency with Quick Books Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
