Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with a strong Fullstack Java development background and over 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions hands-on Java development (both backend and frontend) containerization real-time data streaming and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for architecting robust systems leading and mentoring teams driving development best practices and ensuring seamless integration across the stack from code to cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Java (Spring Boot) frontend frameworks (React Angular) and microservices architecture.
• Lead container migrations from legacy to cloud-native infrastructure using OpenShift Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and optimize real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Take ownership of end-to-end architecture CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps integration using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Ensure system performance security high availability and compliance across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers QA infrastructure and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and coach development teams on performance tuning coding standards observability and sustainable engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate backend systems with frontend applications.
• Implement monitoring logging and alerting strategies using tools like Grafana and ELK Stack to improve operational visibility and reliability.
• Participate in architectural reviews technical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 12 years of professional experience in Fullstack Java development and technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Java 8 and Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security).
• Proficient with frontend technologies like React Angular or .
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems.
• Proven experience with container technologies and orchestration: Docker Kubernetes OpenShift.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka for event-driven real-time data streaming architectures.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong DevOps skills including infrastructure-as-code continuous monitoring and automated deployments.
• Familiarity with both relational (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB Cassandra).
• Excellent mentoring and team leadership capabilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Certifications in Kubernetes OpenShift or cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana and ELK Stack.
