Key accountabilities
- You drive the transformation of our HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central
- Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
- Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive manual tasks to automate.
- Design workflows & rules: business rules approval chains and automated notifications in EC.
- Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll time benefits or finance systems.
- Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases.
- Monitor & support: Set up dashboards resolve automation issues and train HR admins for ongoing use.
Qualifications :
Experience
- You have lead Employee Central implementations on large scale (5k users) in international multi-country approaches
- You have designed global templates for data and process
Skills

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2200 /brutto.
