Now is the time to join the forceRoles & Responsibilities:
- Onboard companies & recruiters & manage their hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with learners & match their profiles with the hiring manager for screening
- Arrange interview preparation & CV reformatting with in-house mentor
- Arrange interviews with the recruiters & complete the hiring process with required documents.
Requirements :Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Management HR or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets and email communication.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment and placement operations.
