A leading global aircraft leasing company is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aviation professional with strong lease management and commercial documentation experience to play a key role in supporting aircraft deliveries redeliveries and portfolio operations across global markets.
The Role
As Contracts Manager you will:
Manage a portfolio of airline clients across EMEA and the Americas ensuring compliance with lease terms and timelines.
Liaise with airlines OEMs external counsel and internal deal teams to support aircraft deliveries redeliveries extensions and restructurings.
Review and monitor LOIs lease agreements CPs/CSs and Letters of Credit to ensure accurate execution and reporting.
The Person
Minimum 3 years experience in aircraft leasing or aviation (contracts deliveries asset management or related areas)
Excellent attention to detail organisational and drafting skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Leasepoint or similar systems is advantageous
