About the Role:
This role sits in our Brands Team and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced researcher to work with well-known brands from the Retail FMCG & Financial Services sectors.
As a Consultant you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality research projects applying your knowledge expertise and analytical skills to support clients in making better decisions. Focus of the team is Brand research and Ad tracking so experience in this area is extremely beneficial but not essential.
Day to day youll typically be involved in 3-5 projects at once taking the lead on smaller projects with support from senior colleagues and input from junior executives.
The role is predominantly quantitative in nature (with a focus on large scale quantitative methodologies) but has ample opportunities to get involved in qualitative methods and projects.
This established team is characterised by its flat management structure high levels of personal career support and opportunities to take on real responsibility from an early stage. Enjoy opportunities to manage established accounts where client relationships are already strong and firmly in place.
No two days are the same in this role! You will also:
- Liaise with clients daily on projects and respond to client requests.
- Draft all core research materials from questionnaires tab specs to research reports.
- Mentor and support other team members.
- Turn data into clear stories that answer the client brief.
- Working with seniors to develop these into draft reports and recommendations.
- Participate in results presentations to clients
- Contribute to team knowledge hubs sharing expertise and industry trends.

About You:
You are confident in using quantitative methodologies within an agency setting with a desire to try new approaches and learn more. With a flair for designing research with an understanding of different research methods and how to utilise them to meet clients needs.
Experienced in developing and nurturing client relationships with the ability to articulate insights to clients.
You will be able to challenge the status quo and share own ideas of how Savanta/ Brands team/accounts can be improved including how technology can play a role.
Naturally curious you will be someone who is always wanting to learn more. You will thrive on variety and challenge and be able to balance competing demands on your time.
