The Hotel Collection at the University of Edinburgh comprises of four hotels with kitchens at three of the properties. You will be based at either The Scott Hotel or The Scholar Hotel both are properties with a great fresh food offering The Brasserie at the Scholar and the newly opening Bonnars at The Scott.
The salary for this post is 23742 to 25804per annum.
