Assistant Manager Hotel Victor
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Hotel Victor buzzing and loved by the locals.
Victor Harbor is a picturesque seaside holiday destination in South Australia and in the heart of it all lies Hotel Victor a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike. Overlooking Encounter Bay and Granite Island were only a stones throw from the iconic horse-drawn tramway. Hotel Victor has been a pillar in the community for years with a fresh build that underwent refurbishments in 2022 to bring you the Hotel Victor you see today.
With a great history comfortable accommodation delicious food and service with a smile were the perfect setting for a restful getaway cheeky after work drink or a catch-up with friends and family over a delicious meal.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
