Represent CSI in administrative actions related to market conduct examinations rate disputes and other insurance law issues.
Assist staff in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Review and approve confidentiality requests and trade secret applications.
Draft administrative rules and respond to public comments.
Review licensing applications and file administrative actions to terminate or suspend licenses.
Occasionally represent CSI in civil litigation.
