Job Summary
Who You Are:
You have 3years of Technical Writing experience under your belt and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth fast-paced industry disrupting SaaS company. What Youll Do:
- Gather analyze and organize process documentation and process flows across internal systems and Polly.
- Translate complex workflows into clear actionable and user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external audiences.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on a regular basis aligned with our two-week sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to ensure accuracy and usability of documentation.
- Continuously improve documentation standards templates and processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.
What You Have:
- Experience documenting and communicating complex workflows or processes in a clear and structured way.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extras you bring to the table:
- Passion for building high-quality documentation that empowers teams and customers.
- Experience working in SaaS fintech or highly regulated industries.
- Comfort working in agile environments and supporting sprint cycles with ongoing documentation updates.
- Domain knowledge of capital markets is desirable but not required.
