Commercial Lines Sales Leader
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Leader to join a team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the Commercial Lines division by providing structured expertise and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership mentoring and account management with the ability to inspire and guide a team of producers to success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing market with abundant opportunities.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $150000 - $200000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of at least two junior producers helping them achieve validation and success in their roles.
- Drive the growth of the Commercial Lines division by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Manage and grow your own book of business while supporting the team in achieving their sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
- Quote new and renewal business using EPIC and Salesforce software platforms.
- Act as a generalist working with a variety of account types and industries.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business while supporting team objectives.
- Strong knowledge of EPIC and Salesforce software platforms.
- Exceptional communication organizational and leadership skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
