Were looking for a Financial Controller & Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate financial insights support strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. If youre detail-oriented analytical and thrive in a dynamic environment this role is for you!
Location: Porto
What Youll Do:
- Produce timely and accurate management control reports for Head Office.
- Drive forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor and analyze headcount and expenses (actual vs. forecast/budget).
- Deliver regulatory reports in line with local compliance standards.
- Implement controls and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate across Finance and other teams to validate data and improve processes.
- Support top management with ad hoc analysis and insights.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Management or Accounting.
- Strong skills in financial analysis budgeting and reporting.
- Advanced Excel expertise (including Power Query automation and file optimization).
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical mindset attention to detail and critical thinking.
