Job Summary:

We are seeking a sales administrator to join our team. As the sales administrator you will be responsible for accounts payable for Advances Thermal Sciences products in Global. Your primary focus will be on handling customer purchasing orders from account manager accounts payable in ATSJ and coordination of shipment arrangement with the freight order to achieving sales target shipment.

To be successful in this position the sales administrator should have a Flat thinking and Good communication mindset. The candidate should work diligently and consistently achieve results.

What You Will Do:

Receive purchase orders from account managers and customers at each site and place orders internally.

Communicate with ATS Japans supply chain to confirm product completion dates and coordinate delivery dates with account managers and customers.

Prepare shipping documents including for export shipments and coordinate delivery dates with forwarders.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school graduation or higher.

Ability to use spreadsheet software such as Excel.

Fluent in Japanese and English with the ability to read and write using appropriate tools.

Ability to communicate smoothly both verbally and in writing as conversations with customers partner companies and within the company will be required.

A strong sense of ambition and a positive attitude toward work.

Preferred Requirements:

Fluent English

Fluent Chinese (Taiwanese)

Experience using ERP systems (EPICOR experience preferred)

Knowledge of trade and import/export

Sales Adminを募集していますSales AdminとしてグローバルにおけるAdvanced Thermal Sciences (ATS) 製品の買掛金管理を担当していただきます主な業務はアカウントマネージャーからの顧客発注に対する社内注文ATS ジャパンにおける買掛金管理そして出荷手配と貨物注文の調整を行い販売目標出荷数を達成することです

このポジションで成功するにはフラットな思考と良好なコミュニケーションの精神が求められます候補者は熱心に業務に取り組み着実に成果を上げていく必要があります

業務内容

各サイトのアカウントマネージャーおよび顧客からの発注書を受領し社内への注文を行います

ATS Japanのサプライチェーンとコミュニケーションをとり製品の完成納期を確認しアカウントマネージャーおよび顧客との納期調整を実施します

輸出を伴う出荷も含めた出荷書類の準備とフォワーダーとの納期調整を実施します

必須要件

高等学校卒業以上の学歴を有していること

Excel等の表計算ソフトを使用できること

流暢な日本語と英語の読み書きはツールを使えばできること

顧客協力会社および社内での会話が必要になるので口頭および文書の両方において円滑なコミュニケーションが取れること

向上心を持って仕事に取り組めること

あると望ましい要件

流暢な英語

流暢な中国語台湾語

ERPシステムの使用経験者(EPICORの使用経験があれば望ましい)

貿易や輸出入に関する知識
