ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilledSenior Frontend Engineer Team Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers. You will play a dual role: building high-quality user-facing features andguiding engineers professional growth while also serving as afrontend mentor for other teams across the companywhen needed.

This role is a blend ofhands-on engineering architectural ownership and leadership. Youll ensure the team delivers scalable solutions with our stack React Redux (RTK RTK-Query) TypeScript Vite Storybook and a robust design system while driving adoption ofbest practices testing and AI-assisted tools.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead & Mentor

• Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers to deliver impactful features.

• Support each team members growth throughPersonal Development Plans (PDPs) mentorship and constructive feedback.

• Foster a collaborative inclusive and high-performance culture.
  

Own the Architecture

• Define and evolve thefrontend architecture and technical roadmap ensuring our applications arescalable maintainable and performant.

• Engage infull-stack architectural discussionsthat connect the frontend with APIs backend systems and infrastructure considerations.
  

Deliver High-Quality Software

• Build and maintain features usingReact Redux TypeScript and Vite following modern best practices.

• Ensure a consistent user experience through ourdesign system and Storybook.

• Championtesting performance optimization and accessibility.

• Drive innovationby introducing and promotingAI-assisted tools(e.g. Copilot ChatGPT AI testing tools) and modern workflows that enhance developer efficiency and product quality.
  

Shape How We Work

• Help improve team processes usingAgile methodologies(Scrum or Kanban).

• Balance technical priorities product goals and delivery timelines effectively.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

Required:

• 6 years of frontend development experience including 2 years in a lead or tech lead role
• Strong expertise in React Redux TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
• Experience with design systems component-driven development and testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library Cypress)
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and create PDPs to support growth
• Comfortable engaging in backend and architectural discussions to shape full-stack solutions
• Familiarity with Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools for development or product innovation
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working inmixed teams of FE BE engineers and willingness toengage with backend matterswhen needed
• Familiarity withAWS Kubernetes or cloud-native environments
• Knowledge of performance optimization in large-scale React apps
• Contributions to open-source frontend frameworks or design systems
• Experience integratingAI/ML featuresinto customer-facing applications
