Job Summary
Were looking for a dedicated Poker Room Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Bury New Road Manchester.
In this role you will:
- Support and guide dealers to deliver an exceptional poker experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers helping them feel welcome and engaged.
- Work closely with the Management team to ensure a smooth transition from arrival to the poker table.
- Set the standard for how the Poker Room operates - efficiently professionally and with energy.
- Monitor and manage poker room performance ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.
- Drive customer engagement through promotions tournaments and tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall casino offering.
- Train coach and develop team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a number of different issues as well as create implement monitor and evaluate the success of specific promotions.
- Extensive knowledge of all of the games operated in the Poker Room.
- An understanding of the rules that relate to both Tournament and Cash Game play.
- Experience in creating and leading a team.
