Role Title:Empty Homes Assistant

Hours:Full time 35 hours per week (working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

Salary: 23725 to 29656 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Contract:Permanent

Location:Crossways Business Park Dartford

You will provide administrative support in relation to our empty homes process which involves:

• Collating information from contractors relating to void works
• Keeping records and files updated on CRM and relevant databases
• Raising of void works promptly to minimise financial loss
• Supporting the ready to let confirmation process ensuring void packs contain relevant compliance certification
• Support the Allocations team with post sign up issues relating to snagging and additional works
• Raising any recalls snagging and additional works ensuring accurate coding is used
