Since the past 20 years Bel put the Corporate Sustainability & Responsibility at the heart of its strategy enabling us to become a mission-lead company (since 2024). Hence we created the Impact Team gathering in the same community Environmental Social Governance and Finance teams.
The Impact function brings together Profitability and Sustainability to serve a global performance model based on two legs co-piloting. Profitability and sustainability are not opposing goals but the two pillars of a responsible growth model. By combining financial and non-financial drivers we empower our teams to act with both short-term efficiency and long-term vision.
By joining the Impact function within our Finance CSR and M&A teams youll help build a more responsible model where every decision creates value for today and for the future.

Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in financial brand tracking within the team; proactively propose common tools and methodologies (monthly reviews forecasts budgets business plans).
- Guarantee the availability of shared data (Power BI dynamic Excel tools etc.).
- Provide the Group with clear visibility on brand performance summaries (monthly forecasts budgets business plans).
- Ensure that the brand perspective is considered during key decision-making moments and integrated into the Groups financial systems.
- Monitor the innovation rate in turnover and industrial trial budgets in coordination with BU/Operations finance teams and R&D teams.
- Coordinate teams common tools and processes working closely with the Group FP&A team.
Support for the Brand Controlling Manager:
- Support the Global Brand team: monitor monthly performance consolidate forecasts and budgets build innovation business plans and conduct ad hoc analyses.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses particularly on the risks and opportunities of innovation launches profitability and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Support the diagnosis and planning of brand profitability improvement.
- Oversee the financial tracking of brands strategic priorities.
Performance Indicators and Impact on Results (Qualitative & Quantitative):
- Relevance of recommendations.
- Understanding of the Groups strategic brand challenges and decision-making processes.
- Timeliness quality and reliability of reporting.
- Ability to challenge brand teams.
Types of Challenges and Complexity Criteria:
- Good knowledge of innovation processes and go-to-market strategies by market and product.
- Multiple internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize between regular reporting ongoing processes and ad hoc requests.
- Ability to challenge and influence marketing stakeholders.
Your Profile Minimum Education Level and/or Required Experience:
- Masters degree (Bac5) in Finance / Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Management Control.
Professional Skills / Technical Expertise Required:
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to prioritize organization and reliability.
- Appetite for continuous improvement.
- Strong customer and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to challenge and persuade.
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing commercial and industrial matters.
Specific Skills (Languages IT etc.):
- Fluent of reporting tools.
