We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused HVAC Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney this role you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers providing expert technical support and driving sales growth in the HVAC industry.
- Deliver top-notch field and phone support for troubleshooting HVAC systems including inverter-based ducted and non-ducted units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors engineers and distribution partners in the Sydney area and surrounding regions
- Conduct engaging product presentations demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our HVAC solutions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that meet performance and budget requirements
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales and technical support team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Efficiently track and manage sales opportunities using CRM systems from lead generation to closing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in the HVAC field
- Represent our company at trade shows and industry events to expand our market presence
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets in your assigned territory
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems troubleshooting techniques and sales principles
- Minimum of 2 years of field experience in HVAC sales or technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics
- Proficiency in using CRM or ticketing systems for tracking customer interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide optimal solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 NATE or equivalent are highly desirable
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record for traveling within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new software applications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering HVAC Technology or a related field is preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands

Salary Range - $45000-$60000 Annually
