Key Responsibilities:
Project Controls
- Implement program and project control methodologies.
- Establish the baselines and performance manage the baseline.
- Analyze project schedules assess and document project impacts.
- Verify contract requirements including payment milestones.
- Work with internal and external groups to coordinate obtain and verify information.
- Review and analyze various project reports contracts deliverables and provide recommendations.
- Compile and provide consolidated monthly reports with an aim for continuous improvement.
Digital Reporting
- Function as a digital transformation advisor and guide digital adoption.
- Develop and implement digitalization strategies for project controls.
- Develop maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of databases for project controls.
- Integrate Power BI with existing systems and platforms for seamless reporting.
- Lead the delivery of user-friendly digital solutions using data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications :
Project Control Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in project controls with a background in construction energy infrastructure and or industrial projects.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse audience.
Digital Reporting Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools or in a data-specific role.
- Proven ability to lead digital initiatives and drive technology adoption.
- Proven experience developing Power BI reports for construction projects.
- Experience designing data models from various sources (SQL Oracle Primavera P6 SharePoint ERP PMIS).
- Proficiency in DAX Power Query (M) and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
Education:
- University degree in Engineering Business Construction Management and or Project Management.
Must be willing to be on client site or in the office 4 days per week.
