Your responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor Retail Direct you will be the point of contact for decision makers of small enterprises with fleets ranging from 1 to 25 vehicles.
- Youll engage directly with clients. You will be their primary point of contact for all questions related to quotes and orders.
- You prepare solid offers for long-term leasing. Are they ready yet Then you pick up the phone to follow up and defend your proposal.
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with clients to foster strong relationships. Because you only want the best for them.
- You get to the bottom of things. Thanks to your persuasiveness and negotiating skills you win peoples trust.
- You manage your sales files from A to Z for the duration of the collaboration. Does the contract need adjusting You do whats necessary!
Who are we looking for
- You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent level of thought and work.
- A natural-born salesperson with a proven track record and experience for identifying customer needs and proposing the best solutions.
- Someone who thrives in managing multiple tasks and can structure & prioritize effectively in a fast-paced mainly digital environment.
- A proactive and results-driven individual who isnt afraid to pick up the phone to do pro-active follow-up and take initiatives.
- Persuasive and communicative with fluency in Dutch English and French.
- An enthusiastic team player who can also work independently when required.
