Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Stock Controllers for a manufacturing warehouse located in Acworth!
Qualifications for Stock Controllers:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
A valid drivers license with a good driving record.
Know how to use basic IT tools like Microsoft Office.
Some mechanical knowledge.
Experience with quality control or supply chain work.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Stock Controllers:
Make sure everything in the warehouse runs smoothly.
Keep track of inventory and make sure the numbers match.
Check incoming shipments and make sure they arrive on time.
Handle requests to pick and ship orders.
Help improve how things are done in the warehouse.
Keep an eye on performance and report on it using KPIs.
Be the go-to person for any warehouse software or IT issues.
Spot problems and fix them.
Follow safety rules and keep your area clean and organized.
Pitch in with other tasks when needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
