We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data/Inventory Controller to join a team in Daphne this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records analyzing data and ensuring efficient flow of materials through the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized tech-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate results.
Monitor maintain and update inventory databases and systems
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Track inventory performance metrics (usage turnover rates shrinkage etc.)
Prepare reports on inventory levels trends and variances
Collaborate with procurement warehouse and operations teams to forecast inventory needs
Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data and inventory management
Support cycle counts and year-end inventory procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred in Business Supply Chain Data Analytics or related field)
2 years of experience in inventory control data analysis or similar role
Strong computer skills including proficiency with inventory management systems and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
