Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the maintenance manager with preventative corrective and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings grounds vehicles and property including: planning implementation quality assurance and budget adherence.
- Part-time position generally day hours Monday - Friday w/ Flexibility between the hours of 10am - 2pm.
- The maintenance technician has on-call responsibilities
- Accomplish assigned maintenance tasks
- Maintain records and complete documentation of work accomplished time purchases etc.
- Obtain bids for externally contracted projects
- Track annual maintenance plans and preventive maintenance checklists

Qualifications :
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Valid Drivers License is required
- Experience in building maintenance including heating plumbing electrical and general repair.
- Must have available reliable and appropriate means of transportation and basic tools
- Good decision-making and communication skills be responsible mature flexible and able to work independently and as a team member.
- Possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.
- 18 years or older
- Successful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirement
