Job Summary
- Supply chain management;
- Responsible for procurement production and customer topics;
- Assures all KPIs achievement;
- Daily checking of customers orders; respectively controls the availability of capacity and materials;
- Performs daily confirmation to the client based on demand capacity and material availability;
- Ensures the raw materials for the realization of the production plan; with escalation and recovery where necessary;
- Tracking of blocked parts together with responsible departments and solving LOP responsible topics in time escalation of delays > 40 days blocked stock;
- Responsible for dead stock and slow moving stock;
- Updating and optimizing SAP parameters as required by business;
- Creating the weekly production plan as requested using the available tools.
Qualifications :
- Rational decision-making negotiating and influencing skills;
- An analytical work style;
- The ability to work effectively on a team or independently;
- Accountability initiative integrity and maturity;
- Foreign language skills: English (advanced) German is an advantage;
- PC knowledge (Office);
- Stress Management and working under pressure;
- Open to learning new things and Continuous Improve skills and processes.
