Your new role
As a Key Account Team Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to maximize business potential and increase Novo Nordisks market share.

While the position is based in Warsaw we offer flexibility for remote work and encourage applications from candidates throughout Poland.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including medical centers hospitals pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Marketing Medical and Finance to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Analyze market opportunities healthcare environment developments and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the allocation of team efforts promotional budgets and resources to achieve objectives and targets.
  • Inspire and motivate your team by living Novo Nordisk values and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who brings expertise leadership and passion to the role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A masters degree (or equivalent) preferably in natural sciences or business.
  • At least 2 years of managing a Key Account Management (KAM) team combined with a minimum of 5 years in key account management.
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market at both local and global levels.
  • Excellent account mapping abilities including customer organizational and business environment analysis.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with fluency in English and Polish and a valid drivers license.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
