Job Summary
Acerca del empleo:
Brindar soporte operativo en actividades BAU (Business As Usual) gestionando procesos para múltiples países colaborando con otros equipos y asegurando la calidad en la ejecución de tareas.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar solicitudes del Team Lead.
- Adaptar tickets según requerimientos en Dynamics.
- Ejecutar trabajos de producción por clúster asignado.
- Proporcionar soporte básico a clientes internos.
- Proponer mejoras de procesos al equipo de desarrollo.
- Participar en proyectos locales/regionales bajo supervisión.
- Actualizar trackers de actividades y tickets.

Acerca de ti:
Buscamos a una persona proactiva organizada y con gran atención al detalle que disfrute trabajar en entornos operativos y colaborativos. El candidato ideal será capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente adaptarse a cambios en los procesos y contribuir con ideas para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Requisitos:
- Lic. en Ciencias Computacionales Comunicación o Marketing.
- Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado
- Detección de oportunidades de automatización.
- Manejo medio de MS Office
- Comunicación escrita y verbal efectiva.
- Organización y gestión del tiempo
- Interacción con otras áreas
- Seguimiento E2E de proyectos.
- Disponibilidad de Horario
