Job Summary
IT Manager (BA - Supply Chain & Ops)
Avery Dennison is seeking a dynamic IT Manager to lead our BAs team with a strategic focus on ERP systems for Supply Chain and Inventory. As a key member of the Global IT Organization this leadership position will act as a strategic partner to the Operations Supply Chain and senior leadership teams ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with global business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex IT projects a deep functional and technical understanding of ERP architecture and comprehensive expertise in modern manufacturing and supply chain processes. Experience in team leadership and strategic stakeholder management is essential.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with key business leaders to define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for Supply Chain and Operations.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of ERP projects from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-launch support ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Translate complex business requirements into robust scalable IT solutions guaranteeing they deliver measurable value and operational efficiency.
Drive the governance and continuous improvement of our IT practices procedures and supporting tools within the Supply Chain domain.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across all project phases.
Proactively identify and champion opportunities for technological innovation and process optimization to create a competitive advantage.
Qualifications :
- Se requiere título de licenciatura idealmente con especialización en TI Administración de Empresas o Ciencias de la Computación.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés tanto escritas como verbales.
- Al menos 3 años o más de experiencia fundamental como Analista de Negocios idealmente en la industria manufacturera en proyectos relacionados con procesos de cadena de suministro u operaciones.
- Conocimiento en sistemas e implementaciones de ERP. Preferiblemente Oracle EBS o Fusion.
- Sólido conocimiento en conceptos de bases de datos relacionales.
- Conocimiento de SQL y PL/SQL.
- La certificación APICS es una ventaja.
- La certificación CBAP es una ventaja.
- La experiencia en (Lean) Six Sigma y/o Gestión de Proyectos es altamente deseable.
- Sólido conocimiento de mapeo y optimización de procesos.
- Capacidad para planificar estratégicamente así como traducir en un plan de implementación para la organización.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas capacidad para crear soluciones sofisticadas para requisitos complejos.
