Avery Dennison is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the Regional Finance Team on a 15-month contract (Maternity Cover). The role will provide financial planning reporting and analytical support across multiple sites partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Reporting Deliver timely and accurate financial reports variance analysis and insights on key performance drivers.
- Business Partnering Engage with Commercial Operations Supply Chain and HR teams to support decision-making.
- Performance Reviews Assess site-level performance highlight risks/opportunities and engage sites on variance analysis.
- Planning & Forecasting Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) quarterly forecasts and rolling outlooks ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- FP&A Support Build financial models conduct scenario analysis and provide ad-hoc decision support.
- Process Improvement Contribute to efficiency in reporting forecasting and planning processes.
Qualifications :
- Fluent English
- CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA qualified with 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior FP&A experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong financial analysis modeling and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel SAP Oracle Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
