Job Summary
About the Job:
As Assistant Restaurant Leader youll support the Restaurant Leader and Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader in delivering exceptional service maintaining high standards and fostering a positive team culture. Youll lead by example ensure smooth daily operations and help create memorable guest experiences aligned with House Made Hospitality and Sofitel values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service excellence through team training guest engagement and maintaining product standards.
- Lead by example in food beverage and venue knowledge creating a welcoming and humble environment.
- Monitor venue presentation including lighting music cleanliness and team appearance.
- Assist with onboarding performance monitoring and team development.
- Represent the venue and brand proudly both on and off duty engaging in industry events and outreach.
Qualifications :
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership communication and motivational skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sound food and beverage knowledge with attention to detail and a proactive approach to venue presentation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with familiarity in hospitality software systems.
- A driven results-focused attitude and commitment to team development onboarding and cultural alignment.
