Job Summary
Are you a passionate and driven individual looking to take your leadership skills to the next level Were seeking an enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our franchise team in Oran Park Australia. As a Shift Leader youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling inventory management and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and mentor new team members supporting their development and integration into the team
- Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency throughout your shift
- Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions as directed by management
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall restaurant performance
- Communicate effectively with team members management and customers
- Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Support franchise-specific initiatives and maintain brand standards
Qualifications :
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and passion for team success
- Knowledge of franchise operations and brand standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
