The Senior Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis plays a key role in supporting Link Logistics financial planning forecasting and performance reporting processes. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and operational analysis developing forecasting models and providing actionable insights to business leaders across the organization. The Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with corporate objectives and ensure data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong analytical capabilities technical proficiency and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for working closely with different business groups on Capital Expenditure forecasting and analysis on a quarterly and monthly basis.
Work closely with the key partners to develop the annual plan and monthly forecasts in line with corporate planning & forecasting guidelines.
Refine existing forecasting processes and models including automation of recurring tasks.
Develop analytics and other ad hoc reporting that provide important insights to the efficiency of functional areas.
Understand and master a multitude of financial systems and processes to provide support and training as needed.
Analyze the existing processes tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use.
Utilize data for annual budgeting monthly forecasting and quarter end close.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years of demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience.
Possess excellent communication interpersonal analytical/problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management.
Ability to meet tight deadlines demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Real estate background a plus.
Basic proficiency in Power Point.
Experience with data extraction tools such as Yardi or Google LOOKER.
Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI Cognos Tableau or similar.

$105000 - $115000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.
