Job Summary

Job Title: Aerospace Seat Builder
Pay: $15.00 $17.00 per hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Aerospace Seat Builders in Roseville. This role involves working with seats composites and electrical components to support aerospace manufacturing. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools performing data entry and handling large assemblies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing with the potential to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry navigate between programs/screens and use hand scanners to track production.
Use hand tools (screwdrivers hammers sockets wrenches) torque wrenches and air tools for assembly.
Move and handle large assemblies between benches and lifting equipment (Hilo etc.).
Work with composites including carbon fiber and wood materials sanding and finishing (as required).
Assist with electrical tasks as needed; soldering experience is a plus.
Follow safety and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements.

Qualifications:

Computer experience with data entry and navigation between screens/programs.
Ability to use hand tools torque wrenches and air tools effectively.
Comfortable moving large assemblies.
Experience with composites (carbon fiber wood sanding) preferred.
Electrical knowledge and soldering experience is a plus.
ERP system knowledge a bonus.

Schedule:

Full-time contract-to-hire after 90 days.
