Position: Night Shift Supervisor
Schedule: Monday Thursday 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead Night Shift production employees to ensure efficiency quality and on-time performance.
Provide direction coaching recognition and development opportunities for team members.
Foster a positive collaborative and safe work environment.
Monitor workflows and proactively resolve production or personnel issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and FDA quality requirements.
Communicate effectively with other shifts departments and leadership to maintain seamless operations.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelors degree preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling of materials up to 3550 lbs.
Repetitive use of hands wrists and arms for handling tools parts or machinery.
Ability to bend stoop and reach overhead as needed.
