What Youll Do
- Hotel and Account Management: establishing and maintaining relationships with hotels keeping track of preferred hotels.
- Last-Minute Requests: Prioritizing and solving urgent tasks to ensure top-notch service for our crew.
- Preferred Hotels Management: Keeping records of preferred hotels per location and ensuring they are prioritized in bookings.
- Hotel Sourcing: Assisting in tender processes by sourcing hotels for potential new customers and airlines.
- Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding of new hotels explain how we work how to use the designated channels.
Your profile
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hotel partners and customers.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.
