The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation Catering and Events as a Reception Assistant to help our teams deliver a high consistent standard of customer service for both students and commercial guests.

The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high-levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email and mail processing.

  • The ability to quickly learn and become proficient in using software systems.
