MRB Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturer

The Role:
As MRB Engineer youll act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing reviewing non-conformances and driving effective solutions to enhance safety compliance and product reliability. This is a great opportunity to lead process improvement and set the standards for airworthiness in aviation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and resolve non-conforming items
- Perform engineering reviews to ensure products meet airworthiness and certification requirements
- Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Support documentation for certification bodies including EASA CAA and FAA
- Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Aerospace Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Previous engineering experience in aviation aerospace or related sectors
- Strong working knowledge of quality and certification standards
- Proficient in root cause analysis CAD and engineering data management systems
- Detail-oriented decisive and skilled communicator
