Business Co-ordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Co-Ordinator to join us at our modern and stylish office in Harrogate Town Centre. Youll be the first point of contact and will deliver a professional efficient service to support colleagues across the business.

Its an exciting time to join Jigsaw Insurance as we continue to grow serving over 200000 customers with a broad range of products and services. We foster a culture of continuous improvement where youll be encouraged to share ideas help develop solutions and where appropriate see your initiatives through to implementation. This approach nurtures creativity across the business and ensures we never stand still.

This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months working Monday to Friday 8.30am 4.30pm. Offering a salary of up to 25000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for external visitors.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings; record accurate minutes and actions.
  • Edit and publish the monthly company newsletter.
  • Manage office facilities including stationery contractors and general maintenance.
  • Support the Head of Business Operations with company events.
  • Assist the Head of Business Operations with ad hoc tasks such as drafting business communications and completing the monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Oversee general Health & Safety requirements.
  • Uphold office housekeeping standards.
  • Act as Wellbeing Champion leading initiatives and communications.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues.
  • Serve as Data Protection Champion.
  • Support the management of Aggregator relationships.

About You

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a busy hands-on environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
