Your key missions:

• Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement.
• Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles working with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensuring squads have the resources they need.
• Coach squads to embrace Agile principles values and practices including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging squads to reflect on processes adopt best practices and drive innovation.

• You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey ideas actively listen and resolve conflicts.
• You excel in facilitation guiding discussions managing time and keeping everyone engaged.
• With up to 5 years of experience you are an experienced coach who can mentor team members and promote professional development.
• You have strong problem-solving capabilities adaptability to change and team-building skills to foster a collaborative culture.
• You are knowledgeable about the Scrum framework including its principles roles and artifacts and hold a relevant certification.
