The Fidelity Intern (FIDTERN) Program
Fidelitys full-time paid 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.
Our program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what its like to work here full-time. We deliver a best-in-class program experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community while receiving critical training and development to be a future Fidelity associate. - Actuary: This role is focused on pension plans and client strategy - best suited for students studying actuarial science or quantitative finance.
- Audit Risk and Compliance: Focus on the regulatory and operational side of managing financial risk as part of the team that protects the interests of our customers associates and Fidelitys brand.
- Corporate Services Support: Opportunities could include marketing events public affairs communications and real estate.
- Client Relations: This path is best for students looking to become licensed or be in a client-facing role. Roles around relationship management and sales are also included.
- Human Resources: Experience different HR areas across talent management analytics compensation employee relations and training and gain a broad cross-functional understanding of the HR function and a foundation of business insight.
- Finance: Learn about the back end of finance and show off your Excel skills as you learn about data analysis and financial modeling with the team that provides detailed financial information to the companys businesses
- Operations: Work closely with clients and business partners to ensure the seamless delivery of Fidelitys products and services through outstanding customer service support and detailed processing of transaction requests.
- Technology: Work side by side with some of the best technologists in the industry as you develop the technical professional and interpersonal skills that will be valuable throughout your career. Roles include software and data engineering.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring
The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
