The position is hybrid and you will join Dow Jones legal department in its New York City offices for ten weeks in the summer of 2025. Working primarily with Dow Jones litigation and press attorneys you will focus on matters affecting publication access to information newsgathering and domestic and international free-speech role is a hybrid based in our NYC office. You WillConduct researchDraft memorandaHelp resolve the daily issues that arise in publishing The Wall Street Journal Dow Jones Newswires Barrons and other publicationsBe exposed to matters involving business transactions labor and employment law intellectual property and other issuesYou HaveOne or two years of law school completed (are a first or second-year law student)Demonstrated interest in and commitment to media law and a free pressSalary: $25.00/hour#LI-Hybrid
