Job Description:
- Employee may be trained on the following machines:
- Solbern operator
- Labeling Machine
- SMI/Case Packer
- Coding and Stenciling
- Operations setup clean minor adjustments and basic maintenance of Solbern.
- Communicate with maintenance line leader and supervisor in regards to any issues with machinery.
- During down times will need to assist with rework or cleaning floors
- Sort food grade and non-food grade into correct containers
- Understand correct fill weights and adjust fill per instructs from management or weight check operator
- Watch for quality issues in partially filled container and jar breaks
- Ability to the use the pounding tool in a way that compacts the product without damaging the product or creating jar breaks
