UCTis looking for a talented Sr Data Analystto join us in Singapore!

First Article Definition:

Note: The First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) is the evidence file created by the supplier that demonstrates the suppliers ability to meet manufacturing and technical requirements defined by UCT or its customers drawings and Engineering standards (Same concept applies to POR)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize POR/FAIR deliverables based on dynamic delivery schedules.
• Interacts at all levels with Sales Operations Quality Engineering Suppliers and Customers to provide/obtain necessary data/documentation required to complete FAIR/POR packages
• Submit FAIR/POR through customer portals and tracks status
• Provides FAIR and POR status to management on regular basis
• Monitor the rejection rate and share to SQE and Buyer team to drive for supplier improvement
• Perform research on data related to FAIR and POR activities (Customer Specifications Industry Standards etc.)
• Provide training to supplier on changes made UCTM customer on the FAIR requirement or format change
  
• Other Duties as assigned Quality Manager

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong Computer Skills
• Interpret mechanical part/assembly prints (expert level) work orders certificates of inspection bills of materials customer specifications/standards and industry standards
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T-ASMEY4.5-2009) understand drawing callouts symbology and application
• Experience with manufacturing processes inspection methods and tools.
• Strong communication skills
• Must have experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment.
• Experience in multi-tasking with various projects.
• Problem Solving
• Experience to ISO 9001 preferred

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• High School Diploma
• Technical Certification on similar discipline (Mechanical Quality Engineering Services Others)

Work Experience :

• Mechanical Inspection/engineering/Manufacturing background a plus
• 3-5 years experiences (Engineering Services Operations Quality or similar discipline).
• Experience in quality and manufacturing systems.
• InspectionXpert software experience a plus

Environmental Exposure:

• Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable
• Subject to noise levels.
• May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers faxes computer etc.

Travel:

• Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment
