We are supporting a international organization in their search for a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join their team in Warsaw. As a Regulatory Reporting Accountant you will play a key role in supporting the regulatory reporting team ensuring accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns and management information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily regulatory monitoring and reporting.
- Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly regulatory returns to relevant authorities in a controlled and timely manner.
- Liaising with departments such as Financial Control Product Control Operations and Front Office to resolve issues arising from reporting.
- Supporting exception management on trading data for regulatory reporting.
- Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and preparation of annual statements and reconciliations to statutory accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting finance or a related field within financial services.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting templates (e.g. IFPR) and capital requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with financial instruments and products.
- Strong organizational analytical and presentational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Oracle General Ledger or regulatory reporting systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation adaptability and a proactive results-focused approach.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
