Join a purpose-driven winning team committed to results in an inclusive and high-performing culture. As part of the Global Wealth Management (GWM) team we support a dynamic and highly regulated portfolio of business applications that are critical to the delivery of world-class financial services.

We are currently seeking aTeam Lead- Business Systems to support the Senior Manager in leading a high-performance team responsible for application support modernization and operational excellence.

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Lead a team of developers and support analysts(including offshore resources) responsible for the operational maintenance monitoring and enhancement of a portfolio of Wealth Management applications
  • Act as the technical leadfor providing hands-on support and mentorship
  • Manage and coordinate incident resolution and problem management ensuring root cause analysis and long-term fixes are implemented
  • Support application health checks and day-to-day operations
  • Assist in change management deployment planning and coordination with business and technology stakeholders
  • Help define and drive the technology roadmapin line with infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning server patching and certificate renewal processes
  • Provide input on process improvement automation opportunities and standardization of development practices
  • Support vendor engagementand coordination where third-party systems are involved

  • 5 years of hands-on Java development experience including backend systems APIs or enterprise-level applications
  • 5 years of experience in a financial institution
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and support personnel
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in production environments
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written
  • Solid understanding of IT operational processes including monitoring incident management and root cause analysis
  • Experience working in complex environments with hybrid cloud and on-premise systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Git Jenkins JIRA ServiceNow or similar platforms

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to Wealth Management business applications or financial services systems
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS)
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial systems
