The position
As the People & Organization (P&O) Associate Director you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the companys people strategy championing organizational excellence and cultivating a culture centred on continuous improvement and high performance.
In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and be a member of the Novo Nordisk Austria Leadership Team. As a member of Leadership Team you will act as a strategic advisor to senior management providing insights and recommendations on organizational design culture transformation and workforce effectiveness to support business growth objectives. You will also collaborate closely with Business Area to drive strategic initiatives forward.
This position is office-based and located in Vienna Austria requiring presence at the office five days a week.
