Blue Sky Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional who has a desire to see others succeed while working for adolescents and young adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting.

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals Blue Sky Inc. provides services to while implementing individual outcomes and documenting progress. While on shift the DSP is allowed to sleep during sleep hours but must be able to wake up promptly to address any client needs.

Must work well with others in a team environment and be able to plan / promote independent living skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
Must be able to pass a background study.

Wage

Sleep Hours: $11.13

Awake Hours: $20
