We are seeking a highly detail oriented and analytical Sales Data Operations Analyst to support the Consumer Business and Education sales organisation. This role will be pivotal in managing and maintaining customer master sales data customer lists and territory assignments ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. You will partner cross-functionally with teams in Sales Finance Planning and IS&T. The ideal candidate is proficient in handling large data sets has experience with Snowflake and Tableau and can represent complex data in a clear actionable way.
- Bachelors degree in business data analytics information systems or a related field - or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in sales operations business operations or a data analyst role
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for querying large data sets
- Proven experience building interactive and digestible dashboard using Tableau
- Solid understanding of sales processes customer hierarchy and territory management
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Consumer Business and/or Education sales teams in an operations sales enablement or a similar role
- Proficient with CRM systems especially Territory Management applications (E.g. Salesforce Territory Management) and data governance practices / policies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts to solve business problems
- A background in project management or experience driving system / process improvements is a distinct advantage.
